Introducing Chat Support

Here at Big Sky, we are focused on customer support. It’s important that we stay on a first name basis with all of our customers, and try to be as available as possible when a problem crops up.

Until now, most of our communication has been done via phone or email. The phone is great when a long explanation is required, and email is great for sending lots of detailed information, but both take time.

Thanks to Google Talk chatback Chat feature, we have added a chat link to our Support and Contact pages on our website. So now, when you have a quick question simply send us a chat, and we’ll provide a quick answer. If your issue is going to take some time, we can respond with an e-mail or phone call to make sure that your issue is resolved.

So, if you’ve got a quick question, or simply want to say hi, go to our Support or Contact pages and click the Chat link.
