Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft’s Move to Lotus Notes Includes
Big Sky’s Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant


ORLANDO, Fla., January 28, 2002 — Big Sky welcomes the law firm Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft to its growing list of legal customers. The enterprise wide implementation of Big Sky’s Remark!® Unified MessagingAssistant™ for IBM Lotus Domino™ included the deployment of MESSAGEmanager Domino Fax™ at multiple office locations, including Hancock’s London offices.

With the goal of implementing best of breed collaboration applications for its mobile workforce, the international law firm Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft has selected Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes™. The firm's IT consultant, Rhonda Jenkins of Legal Web Technologies, recommended the deployment of a Lotus Domino-based unified communications solution from Big Sky Technologies. "Big Sky's Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant allows the firm's attorneys to use the telephone as a central access point for all of their critical client communications — voice, fax and email" says Jenkins. In addition to Remark!, the Hancock firm has implemented FrontOffice Suite, a Lotus Notes-based portal solution from Rippe Kingston, and WANDocs, an enterprise knowledge management application from e-BusinessInterface.

Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant allows the firm to transition away from their legacy Octel™ voice mail environment.
