Capital Project Management Key to Success

San Diego, CA, March 1, 2006 -- Big Sky Technologies Inc. is pleased to add Public Storage, Inc. (NYSE:PSA), America’s premier storage company, as a new eWorkOrder customer. After a successful trial, eWorkOrder was rolled out to manage capital projects and maintenance and repair at Public Storage locations. Today, Public Storage manages over 2,000 locations and 800,000 self-service storage spaces in 80 U. S. cities.

eWorkOrder is a retail facility management system designed and hosted by Big Sky Technologies, Inc. to automate capital project management and facility maintenance workflows. Featuring telephone, web browser and e-mail access to a centralized maintenance database, eWorkOrder provides anytime anywhere access for facility management, property management, nationwide service vendors and contractors. Public Storage’s facility management organization uses eWorkOrder to define capital projects, select vendors for proposal and bid solicitation, award and process winning bids, electronically route capital projects for approval, and issue and track capital project work orders. Additionally, they use the eWorkOrder to request new maintenance services, check status of existing maintenance requests, and to approve completed work.
