Remark! Small Business Edition

Remark! SBE is a series of Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant
bundles that provide everything required to start using Unified
Messaging today. Each bundle includes:
- Remark! Voice Server
- 2, 4, 6 or 8 ports of Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant
- Remote Installation Support
- One year of software maintenance and telephone
support
Remark! SBE bundles can be purchased by companies
of any size, but each company is limited to a single package. Additional
systems and ports can be purchased at standard prices, which can
include significant quantity discounts. Please see the press

Unified MessagingAssistant Product Details
Subscribers Telephone Interface - Users login
to Remark! UM from any touch tone telephone to review all of their
messages. E-mail is played to the user with text-to-speech, and
users are able to reply, forward, fax, delete or mark the message
read. Users can also send voice messages to any other user. Personal
options such as passwords and paging can be updated from the telephone.
Subscribers Desktop Interface - Users can access
all of their messages including voice messages from their Notes,
iNotes, Web Mail or POP3/IMAP4 mail client. Voice messages are presented
as compressed wave file attachments which can be played back with
the default wave sound player. Voice messages can also be played
back over the desktop telephone just by selecting Play Phone from
the Notes taskbar.
Outside Caller Interface - Remark! UM provides
a full featured auto-attendant that answers incoming calls to the
workgroup or enterprise and routes calls to individual users or
to company departments. Any number of menus can be configured and
callers can reach their party using their unique extension, or by
spelling their name. If the user is not available to take the call,
Remark! will play the user's greeting to the caller, and then record
a voice message. Other options include leaving a telephone number
which will send a page to the user, and leaving a personal fax message.
Administrator Interface - Remark! is administered
through the Domino Directory. Remark! extends the standard Domino
Directory to include information needed to manage users and groups.
In addtion, the Remark! auto-attendant is configured using a set
of Call Route documents which are also stored in the Domino Directory.
Auto-attendant options can be changed during operation.
Call Screening - Remark! includes two type of Call Screening. Remark! can be configured to send an instant message to a subscriber when an incoming call is detected. The User can then choose whether the take the call, or have Remark! record a message. Remark! can also be configured for Phone Call Screening, which asks the caller to record their name, and then plays the name of the caller to the subscriber before completing the call transfer. The user can then choose to take the call or have Remark! record a message.
Find Me - Remark! can be configured to allow outside callers to have Remark! attempt to locate a user using up to three alternate phone numbers. Find Me can be combined with Call Screening allowing users to find out who is calling before accepting the call.

Remark! Unified MessagingAssistant runs on the Remark!
Voice Server, a full featured voice processing platform supporting
a wide range of Lotus Notes and Domino applications. Remark! supports
all currently shipping versions of Lotus Notes and Domino including
the latest 4.x, 5.x and 6.x releases.
