v3.4 contains more improvements than any other previous release

eWorkOrder v3.4 was released with some great new features, including: eWorkOrder Mobile™, the Troubleshooting Guide, Messaging Enhancements, Alert Enhancements, Warranty Tracking, Approval Routing Enhancements, Private Report Templates and Search Enhancements.

Big Sky's eWorkOrder is SAS-70 Compliant

Big Sky recently competed its SAS-70 Type II audit for 2008 and is SAS-70 compliant, providing it's customers with the assurance of a robust set of application, software development and hosting controls. Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70, Service Organizations, is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Maintaining the Beauty of Sephora USA

Big Sky's flagship product, eWorkOrder, was featured in the June 2007 PRSM magazine. Inside, the author discusses Sephora's maintenance make-up with the VP of Facilities & Capital Improvements, Laura Doan. Sephora uses eWorkOrder to track maintenance and capital projects, along with electronic invoicing and a direct interface with their in-house accounting system.
