Can I choose my own Contractors?

We do not persuade our customers to use certain vendors and contractors. We can always recommend some of our favorites if you’re looking, but we believe Vendor and Contractor relationships are best without a middle man.

Is Big Sky Software as a Service (SaaS)?

Big Sky is a hosted, turn-key solution. That means that once your site is up, anyone can access it from any computer or smart phone with an internet connection. That also means that we handle all updates, security, back-ups and import/exports. This takes a lot of stress off your IT department, letting them focus on more important issues.

What browsers do you support?

We support Firefox 2.0+, Internet Explorer 6.0+, Safari 4.0+ and Chrome. We also support various mobile browsers including iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, PalmOS and Window Mobile.

Do you offer training and support?

Yes. We offer on-site and web training as well as ongoing support. Not only are we here for our customers, but we also provide support to our customers vendors and contractors.

How do you structure your pricing?

Our pricing is structured on a per store basis. The more stores you have, the lower the per store price gets. We also offer custom development for features and functions that specifically fit your organization.
