The main menu provides role based access to your entire database. Sorting, searching, filtering and reporting is available for all documents, making it easy to access the information you need.
Quick Search
Big Sky's quick search capability lets you find the exact document you're looking through pages and pages of records. Users can type either a partial or full document number to return partial matches, or a specific document.
Welcome Message
The welcome message offers a simple and effective way to broadcast information or instructions including links, videos, images and more. Welcome messages are managed per role, so it's easy to post a bulletin for all of your store managers, contractors or facility managers.
Internal Messaging
Big Sky's internal messaging system allows users to communicate with each other from within the system. This eliminates lost correspondence in email inboxes, all while maintaining a message trail for each document in the system.
Tabs
Tabs are used to organize each users tasks in a simple, yet effective way. Only documents requiring the users attention are displayed, making it easy to focus on the task at hand. New requests, overdue work orders, reschedules and unsatisfactory vendor performance are all key to ensuring the stores are being properly supported.
